With eight bedrooms, five with en-suites, this property offers flexible sleeping for up to 15. There's also a family bathroom, a ground floor cloak room, a kitchen with dining area for 14, a utility room, a dining room with seating for 12, a drawing room with seating for 9 and an open fire and a sitting room with seating for eight and a second open fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking, along with lawned gardens to the front and rear with furniture and BBQ, as well as a fantastic heated pool, which is open from May to September inclusive. Rosemount House offers large groups of friends and families with exclusive holiday accommodation.

Oil central heating with open fires. Electric oven, gas hob, AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned gardens to front and rear with furniture and BBQ. Private outdoor heated swimming pool 15ft x 13ft (available May to Sep inclusive). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 3 miles.
